A get asked questions about my blog by my friends, and generally, they want to know how all of these work with diabetes.
I say that they all do. I know because they work for me.
Issues I have had is closely monitoring my health, along with managing my medicines. Please note, some medicines can cause people to gain weight or lose weight, and/or affect your body in other ways.
Pay attention to the side effects and do your best to maintain a schedule for the medications, as this will help with your overall health goals. Work with your medical provider to ensure you are moving in the right direction.
